Steffan Morris is the principle of Morris CRE Inc., with a focus on industrail land asembilage projects, as wells as a Senior Associate in Lee & Associates - Irvine’s Orange County office, specializing in industrial, R&D and office facilities. Steffan joined Lee Irvine after 4 years at JLL and prior to that 8 years at Stanley Black and Decker and Snap-on Industrial, where he was responsible for contract sales and developing custom work solutions for multiple industries, including, defense, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing. Steffan also helped clients implement LEAN manufacturing practices, to operate more efficiently and save time/money. His ability to identify and address client’s requirements, both long and short term, earned him numerous awards at both Stanley Black and decker and Snap-on Industrial.At Lee Irvine, Steffan is part of the Lee Irvine Industrial Group, a team with over 50 years combined experience in the Orange County Industrial market. Steffan will leverage the team’s relationships, experience, and market knowledge, along with his unique understanding of manufacturing companies and their operations, to immediately provide industrial owners and occupiers with solutions to help them save money, minimize risk, and increase flexibility. His focus will be to deliver a full service solution to each client, with the support of Lee Irvine’s national platform, company culture, extensive service lines, and in-depth research.Steffan lives in South Orange County, with his wife Nikki and two daughters Piper and Rory. He enjoys golfing, surfing, cycling, and the occasional Ironman. He also dedicates time to community development, by participating in the SDSU Alumni Group, and sitting on multiple Board of Education Advisory Groups, including Coast Community College District, Irvine Unified School District, and Coastline Regional Occupation Program.
